4 Members of GYDAC took part in the annual Valentine 10K.  Organised by Norfolk Gazelles the run started at Swanton Abbots and undulated through the countryside on a cold and windy morning.  John England enjoyed the run finishing in 51:12 in 110th place.  First GYDAC lady home was Sue Ryles continuing her marathon training.  Sue ran strongly to record 62:07 taking 200th position.  Maureen Engand finishing 211th was timed at 64:48 which was quicker than her previous run at this event.  Third lady home in 216th place was Elaine Haggarty recording a time of 67:34, good preparation for the Silverstone Half Marathon
